Imagine the simplicity of walking into a classroom to teach, and finding all your students have arrived, your workspace is prepped to your specifications, and any setup questions, are answered by an assistant in the room. This is pland. online.

We provide you with our expertise and knowledge on the different platforms available and different ways to engage with the attendees when moving online. Pland. takes care of all ticketing requirements, technical setup, and attendee emails. In addition, we offer add-ons if you are interested in marketing promo videos. On the day(s) of your event, a pland. team member is always on hand to help any attendee having technical problems, answering questions about links they may require, and of course, to help you! We take all the work out of the workshop. We’ve got it pland.

Pricing at pland.

 

Every workshop is different, every ticket price is different so we don’t have a set one size fits all pricing! We focus on making it as fair as possible and for you to get the most money possible.

There’s a £250 start up fee which covers ticketing fees, platform fees, all prep included for the workshop, at least 1 pland. team member in attendance for the full event and all footage of the workshop edited and sent to yourself and/or your attendees. After that we work out, with you, a percentage that we take from each ticket sale. We try to keep everything as simple and transparent as possible so you always know how much money you’ll make. After all, it’s your workshop!

FAQs

Why should I go to a company to run my workshop?

Creating workshop material is already stressful enough. Bringing it online is a new experience for many, and at pland. we take that workload from you. There is no need to worry about ticketing, reminder emails, VAT, sending registration links, video editing, or follow-up emails, to name a few. In addition, we’re happy to work with you to develop your workshop, finding ways to interact with your audience, and recreating a new experience online.

What about editing and hosting?

We understand you may not want to host a workshop live either online or in person, but instead host recorded learning content. We can absolute help here too! Just let us know and we can create a bespoke package based on your needs. Whether that be editing footage, hosting on platform of your choice or marketing the final product.

I’m running a free event, do you have smaller packages to help?

We do! We understand that there are different needs for free or low-cost events, and we’d be happy to help! If you fill out our contact form, let us know how many guests you expect, and what your aim is, we’ll be in touch with a bespoke package.

I don’t know how to market my event. Can you help?

Absolutely! We can offer marketing as an add on for your event. We’ll guide you through filming a promo video and have it professionally edited and ready for social media. We’ll work with you on creating a small marketing campaign ahead of your workshop, giving you all the materials to share on your own socials and also on our own.

What about in-person events? Can you assist me in-person instead?

We’d love to help out, especially as we believe Hybrid events are the future of the event industry. With many platforms enhancing the hybrid experience, we can happily walk you through options and develop your new experience. Make sure to contact us and we’ll put a bespoke package together.
